What LocalFlow is
LocalFlow is a native macOS dictation app. You hold a hotkey, speak, and your words are typed straight into whatever app you're in — Mail, Notes, your browser, your editor. Speech recognition and cleanup run entirely on your Mac. Nothing is uploaded.
System requirements
- — macOS 15 (Sequoia) or later
- — Apple Silicon strongly recommended (M1 or newer)
- — ~3 GB free disk space for on-device models
- — Microphone access (you'll be asked on first launch)
